Every day in our country, Americans are being turned down for quality jobs because they are handicapped or disabled, either from birth, accidents, or war. Many battered and abused women keep going back to their abusive relationship because they have no place to go, and no prior work experience. Others, that for unfortunate reasons, don’t have the education, training, or work experience to be able to get a job that pays enough to support themselves, let alone their families.

When you read our mission statement, you will see that we don't care about an individual’s education or literacy level. Some people that come to us will have a great education, and some will have no education. This opportunity is for all people that never had, or thought they would ever have a chance to start fresh, and begin to live a productive, happy, and dignified life. This opportunity is for people who thought they would never be able to acquire the necessary skills to have a great job and the chance to work their way up the corporate ladder. This is an opportunity for individuals to change and better their lives, and be able to support themselves and their families.

Our experience shows us that most people that are given the opportunity of a new and quality lifestyle will work harder, are more motivated, and take more pride in their work. 1)  The necessary education, training, and a great job in our high technology company with the ability and necessary training to advance to higher positions in the company.

2)  The (future) option of affordable housing with free rent while in training, and when they start their new job, the cost to be determined by their income and other obligations.

3)  Most importantly, the necessary counseling and help to heal their battered and abused life.

The opportunities that will be offered to these individuals are far and away better and more productive than anything that has ever been offered to them in the past. Once they start our program, they will very soon see that they do have a great future, can make a new and fresh start on their own. They won’t want, or feel they have to return to their previous life or relationship as so many do… the healing process will have already begun, and they will begin to see a new, bright, and lasting future.

Please keep in mind, this is not an opportunity for people looking for a “free ride”, but and opportunity for those that are serious about making a change to better their life, and are willing to work hard to accomplish their goals.
