Team America Technologies Inc. is a nonprofit corporation committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged Americans by creating an institution that will educate, train, house, and provide well paying jobs in technology and related fields. We will offer a rich, full, fun, happy, and secure lifestyle for handicapped, disabled, abused, and otherwise disadvantaged Americans. Our new and exciting program is very different than anything that has been done before. Instead of training people and sending them out to find a job, we train people to work in our own "state of the art" design and manufacturing company. In the future, we will also offer on-site affordable housing with everything necessary to meet their needs. The on-site housing will be free while training, and convert to affordable housing as they transition to economically secure and self-sufficient lives. At this point, the cost of the housing will be determined by each individuals income and other obligations. When initial training is completed, they will be in the position to start their new career. They will also have the option to continue training while working to advance to higher positions in our company, and also know that they are now qualified to seek employment at other companies if they wish, due to the education and training provided by us. This company will manufacture and/or market high quality consumer products that offer great value to the end user and profits attained from the sale of these products will go to help support other nonprofit aspects of this institution. People who qualify will be offered well paying jobs for a wide variety of occupations from engineering to new product design and development, manufacturing, marketing, and every other position required to meet the needs of a high technology company. Other jobs and positions will also be available such as teaching and training, office work, secretarial, receptionist, computer related, shipping and receiving, customer service, maintenance, grounds keeping, and much more. We understand that different people will have different abilities, and we will work with them to find their strengths and train them to fit a position that will be best suited for them. We understand that some people will have disabilities that will limit what they can do, and we will work with them to make sure they are also placed in a secure job position. We understand that some people that come to this institution might already have a great education or college degree, but have been turned down for jobs, or not offered the same wages or positions as others due to their disability. They will find a great opportunity here. Some of the people that come will have very little education, maybe never graduated from high school, or maybe can't read or write. This doesn’t necessarily mean they're not bright intelligent people. Sometimes things happen in people's lives, or they made mistakes when they were younger and because of this, no one has ever taken the time to find out their true potential or offered them a chance to prove themselves. These people will be given a chance at Team America Technologies Inc. as long as they are serious about making a change in their life. This is not an opportunity for people looking for a "free ride", but an opportunity for people that want to better their lives and are willing to work hard to accomplish their goals. For so many Americans, this will be the first time they have been given a chance and opportunity to be self-sufficient, benefit their community, feel good about what they are doing with their life, and know that they are making a positive difference in the world.
